Chakra
心輪是喜,怒,哀,樂,愛,惡,慾,的感應中心,
也就是中丹田.
The heart
chakra is the induction center for joy, anger, sorrow,
happiness,
love, evil, desire. That is middle dantian.
心輪是靈魂的中心,身體有了感應,靈魂便有了反應.
The heart
chakra is the center of the soul, the physical self is the sensor
and
the soul is the reactor.
依修行者的功力,將身體感應的靈能適當而有效率
的反應至七個脈輪.
According to
the skill of the practitioner, the level of the body’s sensing
ability
determines the responsiveness of the seven chakras.
沒有修行的人,在身體感應與靈魂反應方面都顯笨拙.
People who do

整個身體產生氣的循環,練氣成丹丸就是丹氣.

Qi into a Dan ball and this is called Dan qi.

Dan Qi is
