The Supreme Recored of Original Diversificaton
﹁上真始生變化元錄﹂;與九氣元洞俱生,高上玉皇,上聖帝真,皆結元洞之氣以為形,名之號。衣冠服彩,皆出九天。大有俯仰,儀軌鄉居裡號,亦結自然而生。天有八會之氣,四改之運,以綱維玉虛,分理陰陽。玄化治始,成生萬品。高上眾聖,變形化景,皆隨四時改易,順運應命。與化推遷,無衰老之期,極化長存。故曰:道無常名,此之謂也。王母德醙高玄,故為萬氣之母。是致元始錫征丹皇之號,玄授素書元錄一卷,使授後聖神仙之徒。

由以上可見這是靈界原靈眾生,以瞭解「始生變化」來修行上仙之道,要先知其形色而後觀其文彩。「始生變化」是元始化生的變化,要飛騰九天,也唯有要練就隨四時變化的功夫。才能成仙。

修行的反省與領悟至為重要,修行的時候一定要自己知道自己在做什麼,用意如何這都要明確,不可含糊,否則是會徒勞無功的。
The introspection and comprehension of
practice are very important, while in the practice , we should have a clear
picture on what we are doing and the what are the objective, otherwise will
meaningless.
